Juniors

Somerton and Langport Ladies Football Club now run three girls teams - an under 10s, under 12s, and an under 14s team.

Home matches are played on the Huish Primary School pitch and each team has its own coach - each trained to level one or above.

Kellie Bradley, Head Coach for the Under 14s, has now completed her level 2 coaching badge, is working towards her UEFA B License and has been nominated for the South Somerset Sports Award 'Rookie Coach of the Year' accolade.

In the months when light permits, girls training will take place on Wednesday evenings at the Langport Recreation Ground between 5-6.30pm. However, during the darker winter evenings, training moves indoors to the Huish Leisure Centre.

Somerton and Langport Football Club has successfully applied for funding from the Football Foundation to help with the costs of running these teams.
